2025-11-13

The 14th Open Scholarly Communication Conference (OAI14) was successfully held online from November 10th to 14th, bringing together hundreds of experts and scholars from multiple countries and regions worldwide. The conference facilitated in-depth discussions on various topics, including research security and openness, open infrastructure, artificial intelligence in open science, commercialization and open science, and research integrity.

The CSTR team was invited to deliver a presentation titled "Trusted CSTR Service as the PID Infrastructure for Open Science in China" in the "Open Infrastructure" session. The report began with the comprehensive service practices of CSTR within the Large Research Infrastructures of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, systematically elaborating on the background, implementation path, current challenges, and stage-specific achievements of CSTR identification.

Experts and scholars at the conference showed keen interest in the structural design, application scope, and current implementation approaches of CSTR identification, engaging in in-depth discussions on related topics. This exchange not only further enhanced the international academic visibility of CSTR but also deepened the understanding of international open science institutions regarding China's CSTR identification system, laying a solid foundation for broader international collaboration in the future.
